Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: 

Please allow 3 days for order processing.

We try our best to ship the orders within the first 3 days of placing the order.

DELIVERY:

All orders are delivered within 5 days in the United States 1-2 weeks for other countries.

In case the product is not delivered and the tracking states "Delivered", please check your nearest post office as they hold the delivery.

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipments may delay from 1-3 weeks depending on the pandemic situation. We however will make sure all customers receive their orders with complete satisfaction.

SHIPPING COST:

For orders below $495, flat $29 will be charged as shipping cost.
