Beyond blown away 😍 incredible shipping time . Less than two weeks ! The hilt is more beautiful in person. Great sound quality and super bright . Should’ve gotten a Neopixel a long time ago. The controls are a little hard to maneuver. The button on my hilt doesn’t glow so it’s hard to know when it’s switching sound fonts . Other than that minor detail. It’s a great saber. The customer service was great when dual sabers sent me the wrong tracking number and was sorted straight away and put my mind at ease. Delivery was alright, it came later than expected, I got the wrong tracking number which freaked me out when it was delivered to a different address but was soon rectified.
I first want to say that this is the best lightsaber I have ever had. The quality is good and durability is outstanding. I love how you can customize everything in the settings. I only have trouble with gestures but that is a problem for me. The only slight issue that I have is how small the set screws are and how easily they can break. I've gone through 4 set screws. I've tried everything I can to avoid breaking them but they keep breaking. The set screws are easy to replace; you can buy them from any store. Other than that this was a very amazing lightsaber and I do plan on buying a whole lot more. Thank you and may the force be with you.
This is great looking, great quality, and great fun! I am decidedly not a young person anymore, but I've been running around the house and giggling like a child with this sabers I bought from dual sabers.. I'm 100% happy with this piece, and am already looking at a couple more to add to the collection. I'm generally a static/display prop kind guy, but being able to pull the saber down off the wall and just go full idiot for a while is kind of therapeutic. Growing old is inevitable, but growing up is completely optional. ;-) Will definitely be buying from dual sabers again, thanks very much!
Came within a few days with proffie elite at no charge. My first saber so i might be biased but this thing is awesome. Seller was responsive and helpful. 10/10 will buy from seller again. Handling a little complicated at the beginning but once you understand it's great
